While we strive for the best outcomes, we recognize that plants do not always thrive despite everyone’s best efforts. If a plant purchased from us fails within the first growing season, we will replace it, issue store credit of equal value, or provide a refund. A valid receipt is required for the guarantee. Please note that this guarantee applies only once per plant and does not cover annual bedding plants, perennials, or houseplants. The guarantee period concludes on October 31 of each calendar year.
